Optorun coating machine: Utilizing electron beam evaporation and ion-assisted coating technology, it is equipped with a high-precision crystal oscillator thickness monitoring system (resolution up to 0.1nm), capable of depositing multi-layer films from visible to infrared wavelengths. It supports complex film designs, such as high-reflection films (reflectivity > 99.9%) and bandpass filters. With an ion beam device, it can meet high-power requirements, such as 20J@1064nm, 10ns, 10Hz.
Metal sputtering coating machine: Utilizing magnetron sputtering technology, it can deposit metal films such as gold, silver, copper, and aluminum on glass, metal, and ceramic substrates, with a film thickness control accuracy of ±1nm. The film density is high, and the adhesion passes the cross-hatch test, solving the technical problem of metal film peeling.

Ultraviolet low-absorption coating machine: Specifically designed for the ultraviolet band (190nm~400nm), it is equipped with a vacuum ultraviolet spectrometer monitoring system, capable of suppressing absorption losses in the deep ultraviolet region. It achieves a film absorption rate of <0.5% at 193nm, suitable for excimer laser lenses in semiconductor industry, with a reflectivity of >99.5% (193nm) and a laser damage threshold of >10J/cm².
